Easy Sales Meetings

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, member portal, content, and services (the "Services") offered by Easy Sales Meetings LLC ("Easy Sales Meetings," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Easy Sales Meetings provides ready-to-run sales-meeting materials — including facilitator's guides, handouts, presentations, videos, and podcasts — for real estate brokers, managers, team leaders, and associations. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Access may be provided as a benefit of your association's membership (using a promo code) or through a direct plan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be a real estate professional or otherwise authorized to use the Services. We may suspend or revoke access that is shared, resold, or obtained improperly, or if the sponsoring association's membership lapses.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meeting materials solely for running sales meetings and training within your own brokerage or office. You may present, print, and distribute the materials to the agents and staff of your office for that purpose.

The Services and all meeting materials, text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and software are owned by Easy Sales Meetings or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "Easy Sales Meetings" and related marks are the property of their owners.
Our materials are provided for educational and training purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your meetings and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing and antitrust laws and the rules of your association and MLS. Where materials include suggested disclaimers, you remain responsible for using appropriate disclaimers for your organization.
The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms (such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, Amazon Web Services, Vimeo, and Podbean). Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the content will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Sales Meetings and its owners, Elizabeth Mendenhall and John D. Mayfield, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Sales Meetings and its owners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if your access benefit ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Francois County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
